Eligibility
All students who have pursued Physics, Chemistry
& Maths (PCM) in their 12th grade with an aggregate 60% are
eligible to apply for admission to Amity School of Engineering & Technology
(ASET).
Mode
The admission to Amity School of
Engineering & Technology (ASET) will be strictly based on the entrance test
conducted by the All India Engineering Entrance Examinations (AIEEE).

Course Details
Programs at Amity School of Engineering
& Technology (ASET) are four-year courses in Bachelor of Technology. All
the courses are affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New
Delhi. The curriculum includes lecture, discussions, practical sessions,
assignments and internships. An Amity School of Engineering & Technology
(ASET) enrolled student on completion of the course will be well versed with
thorough knowledge and experience in the technical field in the area of
specialization.
A total number of 60 seats are available
for each programme, out of which six are credited as management seats.
A minimum attendance of 75% of attendance
is compulsory for all the students to attend the examinations. Each academic
year is divided into two semesters adding to a total of eight semesters in four
years.

Computer Laboratories
The computer laboratories are fully
equipped with IBM and HP machinery. All the systems are updated with the latest
software in Object Oriented Programming (OOPS), Operational Research (OR),
Project Management and Web Technology. Students enrolled at ASET are provided
with one system per person for their practical training in computer languages.
Electronics & Communication Engineering Laboratory
Mechanical & Electrical Machine Shops
Mechanical & electrical machine shops
are equipped with highly expensive and quality machines. Mechanical shops
include central lathes, shaping machines and drilling machines. Electrical
shops include AC & DC motors, alternators and generators in addition to the
instruments in Circuit & System Labs.
Engineering Mechanics Lab
Amity School of Engineering &
Technology (ASET) is equipped with a fully functional Engineering Mechanics,
Kinematics & Dynamics Lab, Fluid Mechanics and Solid Mechanics Labs. Students
can attend their practical sessions and conduct their experiments individually
with an ample number of spare instruments.
